Position Overview:
Visual Merchandiser is responsible for designing and implementing visual displays that enhance brand identity, improve customer experience, and drive product visibility and sales across LYD venues and retail spaces.
Requirements:
– Minimum 2–3 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail display, or brand presentation
– Strong understanding of visual storytelling, retail layout, and customer flow
– Ability to translate brand identity into compelling in-store displays and product presentations
– Experience coordinating window displays, product styling, and seasonal merchandising setups
– Strong attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics, composition, and space
– Comfortable collaborating with marketing, retail, and design teams to execute campaigns
– Ability to manage multiple locations or projects and adapt displays based on performance or feedback
– Familiarity with retail trends, materials, and display techniques
– Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or similar) is a plus
– Good communication skills in English and ability to work in a dynamic environment
