Position Overview:
The Venue Manager at La Casa del Habano is responsible for leading the overall business performance of the outlet, ensuring operational excellence, financial profitability, and consistent guest experience aligned with La Casa del Habano’s brand vision of sustainability, artisanal quality, and hospitality excellence. This role oversees multiple functions including operations, sales performance, team development, cost control, service standards, and partnership with Marketing and Finance.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5–7 years of leadership experience in hospitality (preferred background: premium dining, boutique café, lifestyle F&B, or concept-driven hospitality).
• Proven track record of managing outlet-level P&L, budgeting, cost control, and financial performance.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate brand values into operational execution.
• Deep understanding of hospitality service standards, workflow management, and guest experience.
• Innovative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
