Technical Helper Daily Worker (AVL) [La Favela]

This role is designed for a hands-on and dependable individual who supports the technical setup that powers every night at La Favela. As a Technical Helper (AVL), you will assist in the setup, rigging, and management of audio, visual, and lighting equipment — with a primary focus on cable management and stage preparation. This is a project-based, daily worker position, making it a great opportunity for fresh graduates looking to gain real hands-on experience in a dynamic live entertainment environment.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply — no prior AVL experience necessary
  • Background in electrical, electronics, or a related technical field is preferred
  • Willing and able to learn on the job in a hands-on technical environment
  • Basic understanding of cables, connectors, or electrical systems is an advantage
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks including cable routing and equipment handling
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow technical instructions carefully
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy venue environment
  • Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
