Position Overview:
Senior Photographer & Videographer is responsible for leading end-to-end visual content production across LYD Bali Group’s brands, ensuring all outputs align with brand identity and deliver strong storytelling for marketing and social media purposes.

Requirements:
Minimum 4–6+ years of experience in photography and videography
Strong portfolio showcasing both photo and video work (mandatory)
Advanced skills in camera operation for both photography and videography
Strong understanding of lighting setups (studio and natural)
Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve
Ability to develop visual concepts and translate them into compelling content
Strong storytelling skills and visual direction, with attention to detail
Experience directing shoots including talent, lighting, and composition
Ability to handle post-production including editing, color grading, and basic sound
Comfortable collaborating with marketing and creative teams
Ability to manage timelines and deliver high-quality work under deadlines
Experience in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle content is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
