Position Overview:
The Security Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and assets, while ensuring security procedures are implemented effectively in a high-volume beachfront venue.
Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in security operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
– Experience in hospitality, events, or nightlife environments is highly preferred
– Strong knowledge of security protocols, crowd management, and incident handling
– Proven ability to lead, supervise, and coordinate security teams during operations
– Ability to respond quickly and calmly in high-pressure or emergency situations
– Strong communication and conflict resolution skills when handling guest-related incidents
– Familiarity with safety procedures, risk prevention, and venue security standards
– Physically fit with a professional and authoritative presence
– Holds valid security certification (Gada Madya)
– Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
