Position Overview:
The Sales Assistant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting daily retail operations at La Casa del Habano. This role ensures a premium in-store experience by assisting customers with product selection, maintaining product presentation, managing stock, and ensuring compliance with tobacco retail regulations. The Sales Assistant represents the brand’s heritage and maintains high standards of professionalism and service excellence.

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury sales environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance with excellent customer service mindset.
• Basic knowledge of cigars, spirits, or luxury products is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Must be fluent in English
• Honest, responsible, and able to work in a team.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
