Position Overview:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant area at La Favela, ensuring exceptional service standards, smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams, and a consistently high-quality dining experience. This role focuses on operational excellence, team leadership, cost control, and guest satisfaction within a fast-paced nightlife environment.
Requirements:
• Expatriate with minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high-volume restaurant or lifestyle dining venue
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest relations
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Experience working in a nightlife or late-night dining environment is highly preferred
• Solid knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and basic P&L
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and operational discipline
• Professional appearance and service-oriented mindset
• Experience in Bali or international hospitality venues is an advantage
