Department: Reservation and Host

This role is designed for a detail-oriented and guest-focused professional who ensures smooth booking operations and exceptional first impressions at La Brisa. As a Reservation Officer, you will manage incoming reservations, coordinate table and event bookings, and provide accurate information to guests to support seamless venue operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in reservations, front office, or guest service roles
- Experience in hospitality, F&B, or high-volume operations is preferred
- Familiar with reservation systems and basic booking management tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional phone manner
- Strong attention to detail in managing booking accuracy and guest preferences
- Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of inquiries, especially during peak periods
- Good problem-solving skills to handle booking conflicts or last-minute changes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate with operations and service teams
- Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
- Friendly, patient, and guest-oriented demeanor
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible schedules
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
