Job description
This position is responsible for supporting the administrative activities of the Revenue sub-department, ensuring smooth and accurate day-to-day operations. It also serves as part of the LYD Finance Academy, a talent development program designed to prepare the candidate for a future role as an Accountant within the group. Through on-the-job training and exposure to core financial processes, the individual will gain valuable experience and build a strong foundation for a career in finance.
Job requirements
– Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
– Fresh graduates are welcome; previous internship or administrative experience in finance is a plus
– Basic knowledge of accounting principles, especially related to accounts receivable, cash handling, and income auditing
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
– Familiarity with data entry and reconciliation processes
– Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in administrative tasks
– Good organizational and time management skills to support day-to-day operations
– Able to work collaboratively in a team and support multiple finance sub-departments
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– High level of integrity and responsibility in handling financial data
