The Head of Visual Content at LYD Group (a leading hospitality and lifestyle group based in Bali, managing iconic brands like La Favela, La Brisa, La Plancha, and Attika) oversees the end-to-end motion design and video creation pipeline. This role blends hands-on animation expertise with creative direction, team management, and brand strategy.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of professional motion design experience, with at least 2+ years in a senior or leadership role (agency, lifestyle, or hospitality background preferred).
  • Software Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D modeling/animation tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya).
  • Skills: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, kinetic typography, compositing, and audio-driven animation dynamics.
  • Portfolio: A showreel showcasing diverse skills in video editing, 2D/3D motion graphics, brand storytelling, and visual flair.
