Position Overview:
The Guest Relations Officer is the first point of contact for guests at La Santa Rosa. This role ensures an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure by providing warm hospitality, personalized service, and efficient handling of inquiries. The Guest Relations Officer assists with reservations, welcomes guests, coordinates seating with the host/hostess team, and resolves guest concerns proactively.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in guest relations, hostess, front desk, or similar hospitality role (beach club or premium dining is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional foreign language is a strong advantage.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and confident in interacting with guests.
• Able to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure during peak times.
• Familiar with reservation systems or WhatsApp Business; basic computer skills required.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
