Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our Creative Team on a full-time, office-based basis. This position is located at our Central Office. Please note, LYD Bali Group does not have a remote work policy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design aesthetic, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating visually compelling content across various mediums, including digital, print, motion, outdoor, and brand assets. Working within the Production Department, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Designers and the broader Creative Team to bring our brand visions to life.
Requirement:
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a graphic design role, ideally in a fast- paced, multi-faceted environment
• Design Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with motion graphics software
• Mediums: Experience designing for various formats, including digital, motion, print, and outdoor media (e.g. billboards, posters)
• Brand Development: Ability to adapt designs for multiple brands and maintain consistency across different touchpoints
• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for composition, colour, typography, and layout, with a commitment to high standards in design execution
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with different departments
• Time Management: Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
