Position Overview:

The Event Decorator is responsible for creating vibrant, dynamic atmospheres at LYD Bali Group’s venues. This role involves designing and implementing stage setups, lighting coordination, thematic decorations, and visual elements that enhance the overall experience of live music events, DJ nights, and special entertainment programming. The successful candidate will work closely with venue managers, DJs, live performers, and the operational team to ensure each event delivers maximum visual impact and audience engagement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in venue decoration, entertainment venues, or nightlife industry
  • Portfolio demonstrating experience with music venues, stage design, or nightlife decoration
  • Strong understanding of color theory, design principles, and visual aesthetics
  • Basic knowledge of lighting systems and technical stage requirements
  • Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent software preferred)
  • Excellent physical condition with ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (20+ kg)
  • Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays for events
  • Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in English highly valued

    2. Whereas the obtainment of your personal data by another unwanted third party or other third party of whom you disapprove of was due to the said personal data has been made public or disclosed by another receiving party prior to our receipt on said personal data.
