This role is designed for a creative and data-driven marketing professional who brings the LYD Bali Group’s venues and brands to life across digital platforms. As a Digital Marketing Supervisor, you will lead the planning and execution of digital campaigns, manage social media presence, and drive audience growth and engagement across a dynamic portfolio of hospitality and lifestyle concepts in Bali.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role
  • Experience in hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, or entertainment industries is preferred
  • Proficient in managing social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid digital advertising
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar advertising platforms
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights
  • Familiar with basic graphic design and video editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut)
  • Strong creative eye with attention to brand consistency and visual storytelling
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with creative, operations, and management teams
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple active projects simultaneously
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to cover live events and activations
