Position Overview:
The Club Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall daily operations of La Favela, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, consistent service standards, and strong business performance. This role leads all operational teams (FOH, Bar, Security, and Entertainment) with a strong focus on service excellence, crowd management, revenue optimization, and compliance with established SOPs and regulations.

Requirements:
• Expatriate with minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Club Manager, Night Manager, or Operations Manager in a high-volume nightclub, beach club, or entertainment venue
• Strong knowledge of nightlife operations, crowd management, and bar operations
• Proven leadership with the ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure
• Experienced in handling VIP and high-profile guests
• Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of revenue-driven operations and table sales
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Professional appearance, confident presence, and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Experience working in Bali or in international venues is a strong advantage
