Position Overview:
The Cashier Supervisor will be responsible for managing cashiers, handling customer transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate financial records and as the bridge between manager and staff. The Cashier Supervisor will also be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cashier team and providing exceptional customer service.

• Requirements:Proven Experience in the same role min. 3 years.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills, with keen attention to detail
• Experience managing teams and ensuring efficient operations
• Experience in financial management and maintaining accurate records
• Experience in the hospitality or retail industry will be plus.
• Willing to work in night shift.
