Position Overview:
Audio Visual Lighting Manager is responsible for managing all AV and lighting systems to ensure seamless operation during nightly service, performances, and special events, while maintaining the unique ambiance that defines La Favela’s guest experience.

Requirements:
– Minimum 3–5 years of experience in audio visual, lighting, or technical production, preferably within nightlife, live events, or hospitality venues
– Strong knowledge of sound systems, lighting consoles, DJ equipment, and AV infrastructure
– Experience managing live performances, DJs, and event technical setups
– Ability to troubleshoot audio, visual, and lighting systems quickly in a live operational environment
– Experience leading and coordinating technical or AV teams
– Strong understanding of venue atmosphere design through lighting and sound
– Ability to work in a fast-paced nightlife environment, including late-night schedules
– Good organizational and communication skills when coordinating with DJs, performers, and operations teams
– Familiarity with AV maintenance, system calibration, and equipment safety standards
– Able to adapt technical setups for events, performances, and special programming
