This role is designed for a warm and attentive hospitality professional who supports the guest experience across Bokashi’s cafe, teahouse, and retail offerings. As Assistant Guest Relations Manager, you will assist in overseeing front-of-house operations, build meaningful guest relationships, and ensure every visit reflects Bokashi’s philosophy of quality, sustainability, and Japanese-Indonesian heritage.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in a guest-facing hospitality or F&B supervisory role
- Strong interpersonal skills — you handle complaints with calm and professionalism
- Experience coordinating FOH teams and shift scheduling
- Comfortable with POS systems and daily operational reporting
- Able to monitor and respond to online reviews and guest feedback
- Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a strong plus
- Passion for sustainable and community-driven hospitality
