Job description
– Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
– Coordinate daily activities with contractors, suppliers, and site teams.
– Monitor work quality, compliance with design, and adherence to safety standards.
– Manage site documentation: reports, permits, progress photos, material logs.
– Support cost monitoring, material procurement, and budget tracking.
– Identify issues on-site and escalate to Construction Manager for resolution.
– Ensure project handover documentation is completed accurately.
Job requirements
– 2–4 years of experience in construction, site engineering, or project coordination (hospitality or commercial projects preferred).
– Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
– Strong knowledge of construction workflow, drawings, materials, and safety standards.
– Able to read technical drawings and collaborate with architects/contractors.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.
– Proficient with MS Office/Google Sheets; familiar with project management tools.
– Willing to work on-site and adapt to changing project needs.
– Experience in hospitality, retail, or renovation projects.
