Position Overview:
As an Engineering Staff, you are responsible for the daily technical operations, advanced troubleshooting, and system improvement of the property’s facilities. This position focuses on technical expertise and strategic support for the engineering team in maintaining the optimal performance of infrastructure that supports the restaurant and nightclub. You will also play a key role in managing technical documentation and providing efficient solutions to facility-related issues.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior technician role or similar position.
2. Strong technical expertise in electrical systems, industrial kitchen equipment, HVAC, and plumbing.
3. Ability to read and create technical drawings/wiring diagrams.
4. Familiarity with technical documentation, maintenance planning, and damage reporting.
5. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills in solving complex technical problems.
6. Ability to perform under pressure, particularly during operational hours.
7. Experience in the restaurant, hotel, or nightclub industry is a plus.
8. Ability to mentor technicians and work cross-functionally with teams
