Position Overview:
Commis II (Hot Section) is responsible for assisting in the dish preparation, basic food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen area. This role supports the culinary team in ensuring efficient kitchen operations and consistent food quality standards.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen operations or hot section, preferably in hospitality or F&B industry
• Basic understanding of hot kitchen preparation, plating, and food handling procedures
• Familiar with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and follow kitchen instructions properly
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills within the kitchen team
• Able to maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen area and equipment
• Basic English communication skills preferred
