Position Overview:
Commis III (Cold Section) is responsible for assisting in the preparation of cold dishes, basic food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen area. This role supports the culinary team in ensuring efficient kitchen operations and consistent food quality standards.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen operations or cold section, preferably in hospitality or F&B industry
• Basic understanding of cold kitchen preparation, plating, and food handling procedures
• Familiar with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Able to prepare ingredients, salads, cold appetizers, and basic kitchen mise en place
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and follow kitchen instructions properly
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills within the kitchen team
• Able to maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen area and equipment
• Basic English communication skills preferred
