Position Overview:
The Retail Assistant is responsible for assisting guests with purchases, handling cashier transactions, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring the retail space is well-presented at all times.
Requirements:
– Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail, cashier, or sales roles
– Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach
– Experience handling cashier transactions and POS systems
– Basic understanding of inventory management and stock monitoring
– Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy when handling payments and stock
– Ability to maintain product displays and store presentation standards
– Strong communication skills in English
– Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
– Comfortable working in a hospitality or resort environment
– Able to work flexible shifts including weekends or holidays
