Position Overview:
Art Director is responsible for translating brand strategy into compelling visual concepts, guiding creative production, and ensuring a cohesive aesthetic across campaigns, digital platforms, venues, and brand assets.
Requirements:
– Minimum 4–6 years of experience in art direction, creative leadership, or senior visual design roles
– Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, brand storytelling, and campaign execution
– Expertise in visual design, typography, layout, and creative direction
– Experience leading creative teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments
– Strong understanding of branding, marketing campaigns, and digital content production
– Ability to translate business and marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts
– Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
– Excellent communication, presentation, and creative leadership skills
– Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple touchpoints
– Familiarity with hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brand environments is a plus
