Position Overview:
The Bar Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service, product quality, and guest satisfaction. This role supervises bartenders and barbacks, manages inventory and ordering, maintains cleanliness and bar presentation, and ensures adherence to company SOPs.
Requirements:
– Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Senior Bartender or Bar Supervisor, preferably in high-volume bar or beach club.
– Strong knowledge of cocktails, mixology techniques, and beverage trends.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Hands-on, proactive, and able to work fast under pressure.
– Ability to manage inventory, stock control, and basic reporting.
– Good command of English (spoken and written).
– Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
