As a Talent & Culture Supervisor at La Plancha, you will oversee recruitment, employee relations, and culture-building initiatives, ensuring a motivated and well-supported team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, talent & culture, or a similar role, with prior supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in hospitality, F&B, or high-volume operations is preferred
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, employee relations, and Indonesian labor regulations
- Experience in organizing employee engagement activities and culture-building programs
- Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
- Strong understanding of performance management and disciplinary processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust across all levels of the organization
- Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible schedules
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
