This role is designed for a people-focused recruitment professional who connects the right talent with the right opportunities across LYD Bali Group’s growing portfolio. As a Talent Acquisition Officer at LYD Bali Group, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner with department heads to meet hiring needs in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar HR role
- Experience in hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, or entertainment industries is preferred
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to onboarding
- Familiar with job platforms such as Jobstreet, LinkedIn, and other relevant sourcing channels
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously across different departments and venues
- Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and hiring practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency
- Willing to work flexible hours when required to meet business hiring demands
