Position Overview:
Responsible for overseeing daily retail operations and delivering excellent customer service at La Plancha. This role ensures smooth store operations by managing stock, maintaining visual merchandising standards, handling transactions, and supporting overall sales performance.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail, shop operations, or hospitality environment.
• Good organizational and inventory management abilities.
• Able to operate Excel and create basic reporting.
• Professional, energetic, and team-oriented personality.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
