Position Overview:
Restaurant Supervisor understand all aspects of running business, including customer service skills, financial management skills, inventory management skills, and customer relations skills. For things to run smoothly, they need the ability to build good relationships. This helps them liaise with all departments and ensure the front and center is coordinating and collaborating well event during busy times. A floor supervisor may be at the top of the chain of command or they may report to and represent the floor manager.

Requirements:
• Full high school education and completion of his or her chosen academics
• At least one year of experience in supervisor role
• Two years of more of experience in a staff role or similar at restaurant / F&B industry
• Full knowledge of the operations of restaurant and bar procedures, set up
and service in addition to the venue’s policies, any courses relating to further knowledge of restaurant service
• Very good command over written and spoken English
• And offering of local language and their customs is highly encouraged
• Excellent communicator with the ability to multitask
• Flexible working hours (non-office hours)
