Position Overview:
The Reservation Staff is responsible for managing and coordinating guest bookings at La Brisa. This role ensures accurate reservation handling, timely guest communication, and seamless coordination with front-of-house and operations teams. The Reservation Staff also handles online guest inquiries and complaints across booking platforms, ensuring prompt, professional, and solution-oriented responses aligned with the beach club’s service standards.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or relevant field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a beach club or similar high-volume hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of reservation systems and booking platforms.
• Experience handling online guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Able to manage high-volume bookings and guest interactions efficiently.
• Fluent in English.
• Professional, responsive, and team-oriented.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
