Position Overview:
The Hostess will be responsible for welcoming guests, reservation management, communication with customers, phone etiquette, and providing excellent customer service. The Hostess will also maintain a clean and organized environment to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable customer experience.
Requirements:
– Have experience min 1-2 years in the same position
– Prior experience in Restaurant/Club/Night Club
– Good communication skills
– Presentable, good personality, positive attitude and hard work
– Able to multitask and perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
– Able to stand, walk and move including bending and lifting for extended periods throughout the shift
– Willing to work late night shift on weekends and public holidays
– Fluent in both speaking and writing in English
