We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join La Santa Rosa in Balangan, Bali. This is a contract position that offers the opportunity to lead and manage engineering operations within a dynamic hospitality environment. As Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical maintenance and engineering functions of the property, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and safely. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of guest satisfaction and operational excellence that our organisation is known for.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering supervision or a similar leadership role within hospitality, facilities management or property maintenance
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, mechanical equipment, electrical systems and plumbing infrastructure
- Proven experience in team leadership and staff management, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to maintenance emergencies
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems and basic computer literacy
- Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes and environmental compliance standards
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with internal departments and external contractors
- Certification or qualification in engineering, facilities management or a related technical field
- Fluency in English; Indonesian language skills are advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations as required
