Position Overview:
This position will be responsible for driving digital performance and customer engagement through effective CRM strategies, data-driven marketing, and digital channel optimization. This role focuses on enhancing customer journeys, increasing retention, and supporting revenue growth across all digital touchpoints.
Requirement:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
– Minimum 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM management
– Strong understanding of CRM platforms, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
– Experience managing email, WhatsApp, loyalty programs, and digital campaigns
– Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze customer behavior and campaign performance
– Familiar with marketing automation tools, analytics, and dashboard reporting
– Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
– Excellent communication skills in English; hospitality or lifestyle industry experience is a plus
