We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially sharp Cost Control Officer to join our Purchasing team. In this role, you will oversee the full procurement cycle — from sourcing and purchasing through to receiving, inventory management, and financial cost analysis — ensuring that La Santa Rosa operates at its highest efficiency while maintaining the quality our guests expect.

Requirements:

  • Experience in purchasing, cost control, or inventory — hospitality/F&B preferred
  • Strong numerical skills and comfort with financial and variance reports
  • Solid negotiation ability and supplier relationship management
  • Proficient in inventory systems and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work cross-functionally
  • Good command of English
