A. USE AND STORAGE OF OBTAINED PERSONAL DATA

We collect your personal data in the form of name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, work history, as well as other information specified by the Company from time to time (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”) in order to be used by the Company for the limited purpose of the Company’s job vacancy registration.
2. Your Personal Data will only be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected no later than 2 years from the date you submit your Personal Data, or as long as such retention is required or permitted by applicable laws and regulations. We will stop retaining Personal Data as soon as it is deemed that the purpose for which the Personal Data was collected and retained is no longer required for a reasonable purpose or legally required.
3. Subject to any applicable law, You agree and authorize the Company to provide or disclose Your Personal Data for the following purposes:
   1. To parties affiliated with the Company that are managed by the Company for the same purpose;
   2. To law enforcement, government officials, or other third parties in the event that is required by a subpoena, a court order or decision, an order or decision from a competent institution, to comply with applicable laws and regulations, or in the event of a legal process, to take further preventive measures or follow-up in connection with illegal or unauthorized activities, or suspected criminal acts or violations of the law;

   3. Providing a contact person (and/or accompanied with information regarding the official media if such announcement is necessary) which you may contact in relation to our follow-up actions against said personal data protection failure.

In relation to the above, You are prohibited from giving or disclosing Your identity (ID) and / or password to any other party and must always maintain the security of the electronic device You use. You hereby agree to indemnify us from every loss and/or liability in relation to third party access to Your information and/or personal data due to the foregoing as well as the following:
   
   1. Due to the unforeseen event which is beyond our and/or your control which can be categorized as force majeure based on the applicable laws and regulation.
   2. Whereas the obtainment of your personal data by another unwanted third party or other third party of whom you disapprove of was due to the said personal data has been made public or disclosed by another receiving party prior to our receipt on said personal data.
