Position Overview:
Bar Manager is to developing, motivating, managing and training team to optimize performance identifying training needs through a regular appraisal system, control budgets and be able to reviews on costing,
customer satisfaction and operating bar.
Requirements:
• A proven experience with minimum of 3 years in the same role.
• Supervisory skills, including experience managing a team.
• Training and development skills to develop staff members
• Prior background from Restaurant/Club/Night Club is an advantage.
• Hospitality appearance, honest, initiative, creative and open minded.
• Valid bartending certification is preferred
• Extensive knowledge of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the nightlife industry
