Position Overview:
The Assistant Reservations Manager will be responsible for managing daily reservations operations, providing exceptional customer service, coordinating communication with guests, driving sales, and training staff on reservations & hosting procedures and practices.
Requirement:
• Have experience min. 3 years in the same role.
• Experience in managing reservations and coordinating communication with guests at the leadership level.
• Good understanding and proven experience with reservation booking system (i.e. Chope)
• Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Ms. Excel, Ms. Words and Ms. PowerPoint)
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven track record in driving sales and revenue growth.
• Experience in training and developing staff on reservations & hostess procedures and practices.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in the hospitality industry.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Willing and able to work late night shift on weekend and public Holiday.
