Position Overview:
The Assistant HR Manager provides administrative and operational support to the HR department. This includes tasks such as recruiting and onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and administering benefits. The Assistant HR Manager also works closely with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:
– Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
– 2+ years of experience Assist with the recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
– In human resources, preferably in a retail setting.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
– Presentation, analytical and writing skills.
