This role is designed for a detail-oriented finance professional who ensures accuracy and compliance across LYD Bali Group’s financial operations. As an Accounting & Tax Specialist at LYD Bali Group, you will manage day-to-day accounting tasks, oversee tax reporting and compliance, and support financial decision-making across our portfolio of venues in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting, tax, or a similar finance role
- Experience in hospitality, F&B, or high-volume operations is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh and PPN reporting and filing
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Experience preparing financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Familiar with e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and other relevant tax reporting systems
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple entities or venues simultaneously
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial compliance standards
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external auditors or tax consultants
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet reporting deadlines
- Willing to work flexible hours during month-end and tax filing periods
