Reservations and Hostess Supervisor

Position Purpose

The Reservations and Hostess Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks associated with the reservations and hostess department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, communication with guests and team members, training team members, and ensuring the effective and efficient management of the department. And also controlling the member’s performance.

Requirements:
• Experience as Reservations min. 3 years or as Reservation Supervisor min. 1 year.
• Having a related educational background (Diploma or Bachelor’s) will be an advantage.
• Reservations and Customer Service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in managing and training teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Experience in hospitality or Night Club or F&B.
• Willing to work late night shift on weekends and public holidays.
• Fluent in both speaking and writing in English.
