Recruitment Coordinator

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Recruitment Coordinator at LYD Group in Denpasar. The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for tasks related to hiring, interviewing, and customer service within all venues in the Group. Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience as recruiter or talent acquisitions in hospitality or F&B min. 1 year.
  • Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Hiring and conducting Interviews
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Understanding of local cultures and traditions is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Able to join immediately.
