Project Manager

Role Description

The Project Manager will assist in managing all creative and marketing projects within the team, ensuring that professional and effective workflows are maintained. This is an exciting opportunity to see in-depth how professional creative and marketing teams operate throughout the LYD Group.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Assist in assessing current and future projects.
  • Develop modular timelines and track/report on progress.
  • Coordinate with various venue teams including La Favela, La Brisa, La Plancha, and others.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines concurrently.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Group Marketing and Creative Director to review and set future goals.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects maximize brand awareness and exposure.
  • Schedule and manage photo and video shoots, ensuring proper usage with respective teams.

Budget Management:

  • Assist in creating and managing budgets for projects.
  • Track and report on spending to improve transparency and cost-effectiveness.

Workflow Optimization:

  • Maintain equipment tracking and maintenance.
  • Analyze and produce reports to identify areas for workflow and process improvement.
  • Research and implement new technologies to improve efficiency.

Communication:

  • Liaise with operations and creative teams to promote maximum exposure for events and brand initiatives.
  • Assist the Group Marketing and Creative Director as needed, ensuring the success of current and future projects.

Flexibility and Adaptability:

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Innovation and Creativity:

  • Encourage innovative solutions and creative approaches to project management.

Leadership and Mentorship:

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Performance Metrics:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, particularly within creative or marketing fields.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Experience in the arts, entertainment and/or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
