Production Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join the LYD Creative and Marketing team, reporting directly to the Creative Studio Manager. The Production Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of creative projects, managing timelines, resources, and communication across multiple stakeholders. This role requires exceptional time management, relationship, communication and organisational skills, a proactive
mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., media production, project management, communications) or equivalent experience
– Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in production coordination within a creative, marketing, or media environment
– Strong understanding of creative production processes across design, video, and digital media
– Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar
-Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and problem-solving attitude
– Knowledge of budgeting and financial tracking in a production setting is a plus
