Operational Manager (Expatriate)

Summary:

An Operational Manager is responsible for formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources, and securing compliance. This role should be ready to mentor the team members, find ways to increase the quality of customer service, and implement best practices across all levels. This role is also responsible for implementing policies and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels and building an enjoyable company culture.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience in cafe and retail management, with a track record of successful operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and financial analysis.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of trends in the cafe and retail industry is a plus.
