Lead Hostess

Position Overview:
The Lead Hostess will be responsible in managing overseeing the hostess
team to ensure smooth operations by welcoming guests, reservation management, communicating with customers, phone etiquette, and providing excellent customer service. The Lead Hostess will also be responsible for developing the host and hostess team.

Requirement:
– Experienced min. 3 years in the same positions.
– Prior experience from Restaurant Club/Night Club/Hospitality.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
– Able to handle stressful situations effectively and remain calm under pressure.
– Strong teamwork skills and the ability to lead a team to achieve goals.
– Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
– Good organizational and time management skills.
– Willing to work late night shift on weekends and public holidays
– Fluent in both speaking and writing in English
