In-house Creative Photographer

Position Overview:
LYD is seeking a talented and versatile In-House Creative Photographer to join our growing creative studio team. This role specializes in stills photography, ambient and stylistic
shoots, and flash photography for scripted storytelling content across our venues. The Ideal candidate will have the ability to interpret creative briefs, own the photography process from concept to completion, and deliver stunning, high-quality visuals that align with LYD’s vision and brand identity. While event photography skills are a bonus, this role is primarily focused on capturing the essence of our venues and productions through crafted, narrative-driven imagery.

Requirements:
Technical Expertise:
– Proficiency in stills photography, ambient and flash techniques, and scripted storytelling shoots.Advanced knowledge of photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
– Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and color grading.
Creative Vision:
– A proven ability to interpret and execute creative briefs with a focus on stylistic storytelling.
– A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work, particularly in stills, ambient, and narrative-driven photography.
Project Management:
– Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple shoots and projects simultaneously.
– Strong time management and adherence to deadlines.
Team Collaboration:
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
– A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute creative ideas to enhance projects.
Experience and Education:
– 3+ years of professional photography experience, preferably in a creative studio or in-house environment.
– Formal education or training in photography or a related field is advantageous
