Position Overview:
The HR Executive is responsible for the overall management of the Human
Resources department. This includes developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, recruiting and hiring new employees, managing employee relations, and providing training and development opportunities. The HR Executive also works closely with the HR Director and other senior executives to ensure that the company’s HR practices are aligned with its overall business goals.
Requirements:
– Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
– 3+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in a retail setting.
– Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
– Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
