Group Marketing Manager

Position Overview:
The Group Marketing Manager will lead strategic marketing initiatives across all LYD Group venues, driving brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue. This role involves spearheading the development and execution of high-impact marketing strategies, managing a team that includes the Social Media Manager and a team of marketing specialists, collaborating closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Strategist and Creative Production Manager and reporting directly to the Group Creative and Marketing Director. This role will ensure that marketing efforts align with the overall business objectives and will act as a key support to the Director, allowing for a seamless blend of creative and strategic leadership.

Requirements:
– Experience: at least 5 years in senior marketing roles, ideally within hospitality, music, lifestyle arts and/or entertainment sectors. Experience with youth culture brands is a plus.
– Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with a track record of driving high performance and growth.
– Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies, adapt to changing market conditions, and think critically.
– Digital Proficiency: Skilled in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, analytics, and SEO.
• Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in an engaging and accessible manner.
