Events Manager

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Group Events Manager at LYD Group located in
Denpasar. As a Group Events Manager, your day-to-day tasks will involve planning,
organizing, and executing events for our brands including La Favela, La Brisa, Bokashi,
La Plancha, La Laguna, and LYD Organic. You will be responsible for ensuring the
success of each event, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, and providing
exceptional experiences for our guests.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead in the production and delivery of events from creative proposal through
post-analysis. Leading in the delivery of events on time, and within budget,
striving to exceed expectations. Overseeing administrative functions including
artist itineraries, contracts, and event itineraries. Building & ensuring DJ and
Entertainment contracts are completed to company legislations.
• Develop event budgets and processes to track them – keep event and
operational teams abreast. Develop and manage vendor relationships including
sourcing and negotiating all elements.
• Communicate with event partners to ensure events fulfill goals and maximize
brand awareness. Liaise with operations and creatives to promote events to
ensure maximum exposure and sales. Liaise with ticket service to ensure sales
are being maximized for each event.
• Analyze the events’ success and produce reports
• Research local and international events to identify event opportunities, and
understand the market. A proactive approach to handling issues and
troubleshooting any emerging problems.
• Have managerial abilities to organize staff during events and coordinate their
activities. Enthusiasm regarding collaborative work with marketing and PR
• Hospitality skills to communicate with guests before, during, and after events.
Working a variety of hours, sometimes late aligning with an events schedule.

Hiring Requirements
• Prior experience in event management or a similar role
• Ability to use initiative in a fast-paced / live-event environment Reliable and
good at hitting deadlines
• Experience in spreadsheets and managing budgets Excellent and proven
administration skills
• 3 – 6+ years leading event teams in the past Outstanding communication skills
• Multi-tasker
• Display good problem solver Excellent organization skills Proficient project
management skills Sound knowledge of marketing
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
