Position Purpose :
Floor manager is responsible for managing the general operations of specific department in organization. Floor manager will be responsible for daily operations management, customer service, maintaining overall customer satisfaction, monitoring employee’s performance and employee training.
Qualifications :
• Diploma of college or university completion and knowledge of food and beverage and/or hotel management.
• Any courses relating to further knowledge of wine or bartending are also preferred
• At least two years of experience within a luxury hotel or venue operation in one of the following roles: restaurant manager, assistant food and beverage manager or equivalent
• Hospitality experience is essential
• Leadership qualities with the ability to manage a team
• Fluent in English and Indonesian languages
