Door Manager

Job Summary
As a door Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and
secure environment for patrons at our establishment. You will control
access to the premises, monitor guest behavior, and handle any
potential security threats or incidents that may arise. Your role is
crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the venue and providing
a positive experience for our customers.

Requirement

• Must have previous experience in a similar role in the nightlife or hospitality
  industry min. 3 years
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and
  holidays
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have strong leadership and management abilities
• Must be able to work under pressure and make quick decisions
• Must have a good understanding of local laws and regulations related to
  nightclubs and entertainment venues
• Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods of time
